I was in the tub this morning shaving all my necessities and I got to thinking…
Why in God’s green earth are good razors so dern expensive?
For instance, I love using the Gillette Mach3 Turbo razor for Men. Priced at $10.99
- It comes with 2 refills and one razor
This is by far the best razor that I have found. I do not get cuts or razor burn, Even in the sensitive places. However, they are so dern expensive.
Heaven forbid if you want to buy the refill cartridges! That’s a chunck. Price ranges between $28.00 – $40.00
Just to shave my body!!
I wish I could use the cheap razors that come 25 to a bag for $2.99, but I can’t. I will bleed like a stuck pig.
Luckily, our local flea market has a vender that sells them 75% off. But, what happens when they go out of business? All natural look?
I don’t think so!!

Write the company and ask for “fee” coupons for the refills:
It’s a shame…they know it is a good product and people will pay for it so they charge…pardon this…an arm and a leg..for it.

I honestly have no idea. The only thing I can come up with is that it sometimes sucks being a woman, you know? I mean the whole shaving thing…and then to pluck your eyebrows too…
I’m still so young, so that basically means I will have to buy at least 6043 razors before I enter the shave-less era of my life. I take it when I’m 85 I don’t have to shave and pluck eyebrows anymore. I have never seen 85-year old women shave their legs. I’m reaching for that shave-less era of my life…
