Battles are fought in our minds every day. When we begin to feel the battle is just too difficult and want to give up, we must choose to resist negative thoughts and be determined to rise above our problems. We must decide that we’re not going to quit. When we’re bombarded with doubts and fears, we must take a stand and say: “I’ll never give up! God’s on my side. He loves me, and He’s helping me! Update on Brayden:

Update:: Dr. Kim which is Braydens surgeon came in this morning. He says that there is an abscess about the size of an orange near that left lung that is probably causing the fevers. It is also causing that lung to be pressed down. He said that needs to be drained. It will not be a big drain like last time and Brayden will not go into the operating room to have it done. He will be sedated in radiology and with ultrasound the small drain will be placed. It will stay in for 2-3 days. But, this was probably the culprit for the fevers.. We had a sick little boy on our hands and he is so strong we didn’t even realize it. Other than that you would think he is normal boy..jumping, playing, talking up a storm. But, when those fevers come you can tell something isn’t right. So that concludes my update…I think we should at least get a free t-shirt from this place. 20 days and counting…

We are persevering!
