Oh Woe Is Me…

  1. Great sorrow or distress.
  2. Things that cause sorrow or distress; troubles.

Every time I hear someone complain about there issues, aches, pains, problems; it is like I sit and watch them throw up. Sickness, pain, jealously, envy, etc just pouring from their lips. Seriously. It really bothers me, if they confess with their mouth that they are “Christians,” it’s like “Do you serve the same God as me? Because my God has already took care of your pain. He has already took care of our problems before they were even problems. By HIS stripes, WE are healed. HIS stripes! It is Finished! Do you not accept that? Is your flesh and soul taking over your spirit? Why?”

Why are you still complaining?

If you really believe that God is your healer and your provider, then why do you speak those troubles with your mouth?

Proverbs 18:20-21

20A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.

21Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

What you speak with your mouth, will come to pass!

If you are always negative about your Situation, it will NEVER get better!

If you always speak down about Your spouse, eventually, your spouse will get tired of it.Love them with an unconditional love. Speak kind words. Love your wives. Respect your husbands.

Ephesians5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. 23For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. 24Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 28So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. 33Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Do you just like being sick and hurting and talking about it? Does it make you feel good when you speak sickness into your life? I sure hope not.

Sure, everyone get’s to that point. If you do, realize what you are doing, stop in your track and repent (Change your thinking) and speak against those things that ails you. Confess with your mouth that those things have no control over you and place them under your feet. I get it, really I do. Been there, done that, still go there some, but I have full understanding of how powerful words are.Remember, the first step is to accept that you have a problem.

Our flesh will sin daily, of course it does. Does that bother you? Do you know when it happens? You should.

Thank Him for your complete healing. Thank Him for your restored marriage. Thank Him for peace in your life. Thank Him.

Watch closely what comes out of your mouth and start making a change.

Your happiness and those around you is worth it, right?
