Day 2 on Thrive Weightloss

I don’t know if I can fight the temptations. Like, seriously. I want chocolate….apple pie…and whatever else sounds yummy. Went to Wal-Mart last night and was in the deli getting sliced turkey and right behind me was pecan pies, cookies, and fruit bread. I was like oh my gah…I gotta get out of here. LOL!

To solve the temptation, I bought some Orbit sugar-free gum. That gum is so good!

But, the hardest thing, besides that, is the fact that I have to drink up to a half a gallon of water a day. That is a lot! Between me and my husband we would go through 10 1/2 gallons a week! While at Wal-mart we got one of those Brita water pitchers because our tap water is nasty.Hopefully it will save us money.

I had to set a realistic goal yesterday to get too. 175 sounds good to me. We will see if it happens.

Breakfast – 1 1/2 cup Special K, 1/2 cup skim milk

Lunch – 3 turkey-dogs, 2 slices of Natures Own Fiber Wheat Bread, a dab of sugar free ketchup, 4 ounces of green beans, 20 ounces of water

Dinner – 5 ounces of skinless chicken breast, 4 ounces of green beans, 2 slices of cantaloupe (leftovers from yesterday), one can of diet 7up

Snack – One large pickle..yummy šŸ˜‰

Happy Blogging!
