Hello Happy Bloggers. It is I, Lisa. I am new to this blogging stuff. You all can thank my best friend and cousin Jennajadee for opening me up to this world.
As for me, I am just a good ole southern girl.
I tend to not use my filter when talking about stuff, but I’m getting better.
I was a photographer for about 2 years, and a logo designer ~still am in my spare time~
I have a wonderful family, 5 calves, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 perfect husband, and a partridge in a pear tree. Ha!
I love My Father in Heaven. I am a very spiritual person.
I love to garden. Check it out!
My husband is my inspiration. He is a firefighter. We have definitely had our ups and downs but I love him with my whole heart and mind. We are truly soul-mates.
I collect snow globes.
My family has some nuts. Who’s doesn’t…right?! LOL
Jennifer Weiner is my favorite author.
I have moved 12 times in the past 9 years.
I would rather buy yard sell stuff than buy something brand new.
My favorite color is red.
I love the beach.
Just Dance 2 is my FAV game of all time.

Hey Lisa,
Thanks for your words of support! I’m liking your blog! You’re doing really well with all the challenges! I’ll definitely keep checking you out!!!
with love and Music,
Micky
Awesome and thanks!!
Ditto, Lisa
LOL – I am loving your “about” page, this is great! We have many things in common and I’m glad to follow your blog.
Fantastic!! Us G.R.I.T.S have to stick together.
Congrats on going back to school! I know how difficult it is for me, a woman with no children (just a boyfriend right now) to go back to school (I’ll be going to school to be a registered dietitian). I couldn’t imagine throwing kids into the mix. Good luck!
Oh it is a challenge! But, It’s well worth it! Good luck on school! I wish you the best of luck!
Lisa! Your blog is beautiful. I’m learning that the best part of blogging is discovering other blogs. I’m so happy that you found mine because now I get to enjoy yours.
Aww Hey!! Thanks!!
Hi Lisa – found your blog through the Crazy Chicks Club and really enjoyed my visit – will definitely be back for more!
Hey! Thanks for stopping by! I will definitely get over to your blog in the morning. ;-D
I hope you enjoy your nursing career.
Thanks. I’m sure I will once I get past this Algebra crap. -lol-
Hey Lisa, I just saw you subscribed to my blog – thanks! I hope you enjoy it and leave a comment when you can.
Algebra is hard, especially if you haven’t done it for years, but if you can manage nursing school you can handle it. Just wait until statistics though
-lol- Oh boy. I never took algebra in high school. So, this is all new.
I’ll do that.
Your Welcome
Just followed you back…I’m enjoying reading about you, but the biggest thing I’ve come away with is this:
I scrapbook, and totally want to steal your theme. That is all.
-lol- I found this somewhere online. It was a freebie! I didn’t bookmark where I got it, but if I run across it again, I’ll let you know.
Hey there! I found you through the Crazy Chicks Club and I read your cousin’s blog all the time…so happy to “meet” you! Welcome to the blogging world! I’ll be reading and subscribing. Best of luck to you ~Pam
Hey Pam! -lol- Nice to meet you too.
Ugh! I knew I recognized you!! You got me so confused…I just went to find where I knew you from http://alookintomymind.wordpress.com/ Hahaha! LOL! Sorry! That’s what i get for being on the computer so late… I’m lame. Please don’t put me on the spam page!
-lol- I understand. I don’t hold any actions made after midninght accountable. -lol-
I noticed the CCC badge on your site and put a little “love” next to your name on the CCC members page.
Thanks!!
Great blog! Good luck with school! I know how hard it was when I went to university right after high school….l don’t think I could do it with kids. I have a friend who is at university with two kids and I don’t know how she does it (single mother with family over an hour away).
Anyway, glad I found you ^_^.
That’s right! You’re going to be so happy when you finish. I didn’t get to go to my Commencement, but I know that when I finally see my diploma (it’s been sitting in my room at home since June!) I’m going to really feel that sense of accomplishment and I can’t wait!
I nominated you for an award!

Hi Ma’am lisa! You’re so so beautiful. Thanks for liking one of my posts. I hope we can have more conversation. God bless
it’s all for the glory of God.
Nice to meet you as well. It is all for the Glory of God. Amen~
Agree. It’s all for him.
On Gravatar you call yourself Son of God, but we get the impression we may consider you a Daughter of God, which is nice, also when you are willing to go and look for that Father to honour Him.
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God they are the sons of God (Sons here in the greek is 5207 – hyiós)
5207 hyiós – properly, a son (by birth or adoption); (figuratively) anyone sharing the same nature as their Father. For the believer, becoming a son of God begins with being reborn (adopted) by the heavenly Father – through Christ (the work of the eternal Son). In the NT, 5207 /hyiós (“son”) equally refers to female believers (Gal 3:28).
Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek there is neither bond nor free there is neither male nor female for ye are all one in Christ Jesus 29 And if ye be Christ’s then are ye Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise
These scriptures are speaking of the spiritual realm. If you abide in Christ then even though you are in this world, you are not of this world. Walking in the spirit….allowing Him to lead you and guide you in all aspects of your life. So therefore, I am a woman in the natural but my natural will die, but in the Spirit, I am a Son of the Most High God, because I abide in Christ. When God looks at me he sees Christ. If he saw me as natural man then he sees sin because this physical earth is under the curse of Satan. But if I hide under the wings of The Almighty then God sees Christ. Thank you Father!
